What is PsychoDrama? Does it really help us to reveal what we feel about? With whom we can use it?
Psycho Drama is a form of Psychology in which patients act out events from their past.
The Psycho Drama is a form of therapy that some of the therapists,social workers, educators in Lebanon are being trained on to use it in their therapies, I did it and now I am a Trainer in Psycho Drama, and it really helps a lot.
This domain will help you in your personal life and in your professional life.
In your personal Life: whenever you are participating in such a training, then that means that no matter how much you try to not talk or reveal what happened or is happening in your life, if you don't wanna talk, at least you are going to be able to analyze it, because you are working in a group that in a way or another will help you, even if you refuse a help from others.
And whenever you choose to talk or reflect about what is happening with you, you will feel much released, a sum of emotions will come to your mind, you will want to cry, express your anger, express your happiness.... and this will help you more & more, you won't regret it, you will feel less pressure than when you are talking to one person, and the thing that will help you the most is that the ones that you are expressing your emotions in front of, passed in some conditions that are similar to yours, understand you, know what you are thinking about, and the most important thing is that there's a confidentiality between the group members that are doing Psycho Drama.
In your professional Life: The Psycho Drama will help you more in your professional life, it will let you feel and work in peace, it will make you understand more the ones that are around you, may be get closer to them, and to give from all of your heart in your work, and use the ways that you learned about in Psycho Drama with the beneficiaries that you are dealing with and especially if they are kids.
In the Psycho Drama, whenever you reveal everything, you are now empty and ready to fill back your life with other ways may be, with more positive people around you, with a life style that will let you learn how to reveal your stress, how to make an easy life and you learn how to support others, and be more empathetic with them.
